I would give Santander no stars
my 86 year old mother wants a mobile phone to keep in touch with friends and family.long story short,her bank Santander won’t allow it as they have to send a code to her mobile for security.but of course it’s a mobile she’s trying to buy so she hasn’t got it yet for a code to be sent to.
Santander have blocked her purchase saying it could be fraud.
there is no way for her to buy a phone on contract while she is with Santander even though it’s her money and her choice.
they are beyond hopeless and I’m now going to help my mother change banks
