I spent $10,500.00 CAD on the website. The site displays that I have a balance of 16400.00 in my account, but I am unable to withdraw any funds. Their withdrawal process is broken; when you enter your CAD bank account information on their website, it prompts you to enter numbers into the box. Cannot withdraw any money or contact anyone for assistance. When I spoke with the support, they refused to provide me any advice or instructions. They are really flippant. Scam.
