I have been using sarah chapman' omega skinesis supplements for a few weeks, and already I have noticed that my skin is much more hydrated, supple and glowing from within! I too find that I can now use less moisturiser as my skin seems to have more collagen and creates its own moisture barrier! Moreover, I suffer from Psorasis, and I find that my skin has benefited a lot from taking these supplements, as I have fewer flawups, which, I put down to the high level of omega 3 content in the supplements, along with the vitamin d, content, as my skin no longer flakes or itches and is healing very well.
