Shocking customer service - I feel thoroughly ripped off.
I ordered a cardigan online and when it arrived it was unravelling in two areas next to the zip. I spoke to customer services and arranged pick up of the item and was given a code so I could order another. I was disappointed when I was told I would have to pay for postage and packing again and wouldn't be refunded for the first p&p. Around ten days later I received the replacement item - only it wasn't - it was the same damaged item. Emailed customer services but was told although they could pick the item up free of charge I would still not receive a refund for paying in total £18 for p&p. I was offered a 10% discount but as I would have to reorder and pay another £9 for delivery I'm not going to do that as that would mean I'd have paid £27 for p&p, I'm also concerned in case I received the same damaged item a third time. Absolutely shocking service. A shame - I've been wearing their clothes for many years.
