I purchased a dress online from Sarah Pacini along with several other things. These are expensive items and you do not expect an item to fall to bits after wearing it only twice! After much chasing and several emails I received a response to say because the labels have been removed it was their returns policy I could not return the item? they totally missed the fact that the item had fallen to bits. I will never order from Sarah Pacini again. Appalling unacceptable customer service I would not recommend ordering from this site!
