Having ordered my bulbs in September, I received delivery of part of the order at the end of October. No explanation was provided as to the rest of the order and I had to ring customer services to check whether there was an error. I was advised that orders are sometimes split, although the person I spoke to was unable to provide an explanation as to why. We are now in November and my pansies and bulbs are sat awaiting the delivery of the remaining tulip bulbs to complete the mixed display promoted in the catalogue. The catalogue is very seductive, but I won’t be ordering again - deliveries are just too slow.
