My Cosmos arrived in a terrible dry and wilted state , half of which have now died , Heliotrope and verbena in similar state .....customer services did not pick up at all on Friday afternoon ? and this morning I was told that my Antirrhinums have been cancelled by them , why they did not say ! I do feel that given the cost of these plants the quality is very poor .I have now asked for a refund ..I agree with the person who said in their review that the web site and catalogue have wonderful pictures of masses of flowers ,its a pity they don't send them out to paying customers.
