Laura was very efficient when it came to her customer services role. I ordered quite a lot of denim shirts which required embroidery, the embroidery was neatly done and when asked for amendments these were done efficiently. The only problem we had was the denim shirt supplier that your company uses were not sized correctly. I ended up having to order/pay for more shirts because I was unaware that these were so small. Laura did advise us to go one size up but that was not big enough. Overall a good experience and would recommend you.
