At 48, I have noticed my body changing & it’s been tough. My clothes weren’t fitting me anymore & I haven’t felt comfortable in my own skin. I didn’t know how to dress my new body. And even better, in a sustainable fashion. It was just what I needed to find my way forward…to start accepting the new me….and to enjoy seeing my reflection in the mirror again.
