Customer service with Affluent Interior could not have been more helpful. I received a chandelier that was missing a piece. Additionally, the chandelier shade was discoloured in a particular section. Customer service immediately addressed the issue and a replacement chandelier was received within a couple of weeks. This is my second purchase with Affluent Interior and both have been very satisfactory.
