First, I think you have the best selection of beautiful lighting anywhere online. We received our pendants lights in the promised timeframe, perfectly packaged, they're already hanging up. This would be a 5 star review but it's really hard to get through to the store. There's no one to help with product selection on the phone and you're kind of on your own in terms of any design decisions. It would be great to talk to an associate with lighting knowledge vs the (very nice) third party answering service. Anyways, Affluent Interior was a blast to browse through and an ease to shop with!
