My first pendant came shattered, but customer service was great and they shipped out a new one with better packaging. The quality of the items I purchased was excellent. Communication with customer service was slow for response, but the website clearly states the response time could be slow but that it would not interfere with returns or exchanges, and they proved this to be true, both the slow response time but also the reliable exchange, refund, and returns.
