Upon tracking my order, "Global Express Tracking" states that the shipment is "Awaiting Seller Dispatch" in Mainland China. In addition, "UPS" states that the tracking number is not valid. Why is that after 7 days of placing my order? Seems a bit odd that the shipment cannot be tracked by now. In addition, this is my 4th email following up on the matter without a response which leads me to believe that perhaps fraudulent activity is occurring. As a result, I am contacting my credit card company to alert them of the situation, due to your lack of response and cooperation.
