good service all round...the structure of the loans make them alittle more exspensive than some other short term lenders. however, having said that i would recommend them as the customer service is very good. my only criticism would be that its not possible to change the payment from monthly to weekly without it possibly affecting your credit rating making the loan more difficult to manage than it needs to be.. But all in all a good product thats clearly explained and professionally managed. would have put 4 and a 1/2 stars if i could.
