Absolutely awful service, my loan accepted which is good but not when they put it in the wrong bank account .
Now I have been bank can't do anything and neither can Satsuma. Still paying payments though which happened to set up without fault.
I was informed deposits into bank linked to card, not for me they didn't and so won't help ..
