Woeful ! Got offered a loan after filling out a simple form as long as I sent my payslip (which I did immediately). Got a reply by email a full day later asking me a simple question that should have been on the original form if it was needed . I then got an email saying I need to wait another 24 hours for them to review again . Very poor communication and slow ! I am not getting paid for this as just downloaded this to write this review as so annoyed
