I've been drinking Saturo more or less regularly for several years now and I can't imagine my life without it. I have it for breakfast when I'm too lazy to prepare other food, after other meals if they were too small or as a snack if I feel I currently lack some macro or micro nutrients. It's also the base of my nutrition for hiking and for trail running races. Thank you for making my life easier! :)
