The instructions said, follow the instruction on the screen to complete the set up. Unfortunately, the only screen to which I can gain access is the one that asks for the password. I have no indication in the package as to what the password is. I also ask, as the computer has a password, has it been used by someone else, the information on your web site does not indicate that the computer was pre-used.
