My new laptop arrived today, 2 days after ordering it, which I was very pleased about as I had expected it to take much longer with the free delivery service of approx. 5 days. I'm pleased I didn't go for one of the paid delivery options! I would have given this a 'very good' rating but I tried to order this on Saturday when my old laptop suddenly 'gave up the ghost' and was disappointed that I couldn't order on-line at the w/e because the website didn't recognise my address. I was also disappointed that I was unable to phone at that time as the phone line was open only Monday to Friday. That apart, excellent service and a good bargain price for my laptop.
