Really prompt professional service received had no issues with getting the laptop and the price I paid was really good I even had a call just after the purchase which I thought from a customer service point of view was really reassuring especially when purchasing something of that value. My only one concern would be that I purchased the insurance package for accidental damage through yourselves yet despite sending off the relevant form in the box for the MSI warranty I still have no pack or information with regards to this policy and wouldn't know what to do if something was to go wrong.
