Ordered a laptop, they said it was dispatched April 11th. Rang on April 17th, was told the laptop was being delivered by external company. Asked to have a the delivery details forwarded to me, so that I could follow up on the delivery. No details were given. Emailed the company on the 23rd April, was then told that the delivery had failed. At no point did a courier or the company contact me about the delivery (they had 2 phone numbers and an email address to contact me). No other delivery from eBay or product bought using PayPal failed to be delivered to me. When I furthered inquired about the failed delivery, I was informed that the delivery had in fact been returned to the company on April 17th as a failed delivery. I was given a refund to which I have yet to be credited. 2 weeks wasted by this company and a totally unsatisfactory customer communication. I have also made a formal complaint to eBay about how I was treated.
