I purchased an Acer laptop from Save on laptops and it did not meet my requirements as I found it to be faulty within days of arrival. I was advised that it would need to be returned to be repaired, of which I did. It was then returned to me after a couple of weeks and didn't even get passed the boot up process, so I requested a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose. I was then told that the unit had to be sent back to the repair centre three times before then being sent back for replacement/refund options. I found their customer service to be not very helpful, and at times dismissive. I had lost a lot of work and time dealing with this issue and finally had to let Trading Standards intervene to gain a refund from Save on laptops. Personally I would not use their company again.
