I bought an ASUS laptop through the web page. I had a query about the content and so I called the support desk, where the call was answered quickly and accurately, even though the person fielding the call had to ask for assistance. The PC was scheduled to arrive the next day, but they could not specify a time. My disappointment became amazement when it arrived at around 07:00, which was great. Horror of horrors, when I booted up, it had a defective screen. I called the help desk and they were really helpful, guiding me through the RMA process. Once I returned the PC, there was a wait whilst they diagnosed and checked, but they sent a replacement without debate or bureaucratic delay. Bottom line - decent company, helpful staff, very speedy delivery, quick to react to faults, quick to complete and finish. I'd have no problem going back again.
