I have used this company before to buy laptops and their service is great. You are kept very well informed of the progress of your order, by text and email. This time I ordered a laptop Friday morning, requesting the free 3-5 working days delivery option. I had a text that afternoon to say that the laptop had left the warehouse and it was delivered on the Monday. The DPD courier company they use is great as on the day of delivery you get a text and email first thing in the morning to tell you the one-hour slot in which to expect the delivery e.g. between 10.45 and 11.45, which is really helpful rather than having to wait in all day. The laptop was a good price too. So I had a good experience of the company and would use them again.
