Ordering process was relatively easy with plenty of information. Only problem I had was that they held my order for a security check on my credit card. I ordered a laptop at midnight so my card company and refused the first attempt as it looked wrong for my spending profile. Then save on laptops made me ring them to confirm all was in order. Slowed the order by over a day but taking security seriously can only be a good thing. The ability to have the laptop delivered to a local shop was excellent. Meant I didn't have to wait in or suffer the limited post office opening hours. Laptop arrived in good condition and all as ordered.
