When my son's laptop arrived for his birthday we were disappointed to find that it was faulty and wouldn't start. However on contacting Save on Laptops refunds department they were quick and courteous and the replacement process was relatively easy, despite there being quite a long wait for the replacement to arrive, approximately two weeks after my son's birthday. However everything now works on it fine and he is happy.
