I purchased a ASUS notebook to take on my travels and all it has done has given me grief since I purchased it. The SD card reader stopped working within 3 weeks, I have purchased 3 readers since and probably will need another one soon. 'Word' is corrupt and constantly crashes, loses my documents and the thesaurus function does not work which I use a lot. The on and off button also does not work - terrible product and would very much welcome for this to be remedied. I was given a help desk email and got a gibberish response in a mix of Russian and English as I was in Kyrgyzstan when I sent the email. Sorry, but after care support was terrible!
