I was ordering a laptop on this website and when I wanted to pay for it the system sad that there was an error and my payment didn't go tru...I have chosen the amazon payment what didn't work..later I've got 5 email that I have initaited payments. I didn't know what's going on, I tried to speak to amazon but they couldn't help me eather, so I decided to call save on laptops custumer service...the customer "care" was talking to me in a very arrogant style all the way thru, and told me that it's not their problem that my payment didn't go thru and if I don't want to pay my initial payments via amazon I have write an email to them and ask to cancell every single initial payment what I had..
I think that it's ridiculous!!!
Why I have to sort it out if it's wasn't my fold??!
He sad if I'm not doing it they will charge the amount what I have to pay but won't get the laptop because he can't see my order in the system!!!
What kind of customer service is this????!! And he was talking to me like very condescend style + threaten me that he' going to hang up if I try to shout! I didn't shout..
I was very disapointed because I wanted to buy something, spend my money at you and I got no laptop, an arrogant discusting customer sercvice crew + "sort out your prolem for yourself if you don't want to pay for nothing"
