The laptop I ordered never arrived because it was damaged in transit. I only discovered this when I tracked my order as I hadn't been notified of anything. I had to make several phone calls to find out where the goods were and what would happen next. I finally spoke to your customer service team (??) who informed me that nothing could done until the laptop was received back which could take up to a week. I expressed my dismay and was smugly informed it was in the small print on your web site, which made me feel so much better. So the bottom line is do to no fault of mine I have no laptop, YOU have my money and nothing will happen for up to a week. I AM DISGUSTED by your treatment of me and the attitude of the fool I spoke to in your employ. I shall be expecting a full refund from you and will never use your services again. I use a number of online outlets to purchase hardware and your service is without the doubt THE WORST.
