Excellent service, ordering and delivery was quick and simple, follow up support was professional and courteous. The machine I purchased (Taichi21) was not without problems but these all relate to hardware compatibility with Win 8.1, the unit can be made to work with windows latest operating system but the upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 is troublesome and ASUS support seem unaware of any issues in spite of the required fixes being scattered around their various international online support pages. Might be a nice touch for Saveonlaptops to offer to open and upgrade to 8.1 as customers request.
