This is my second laptop purchase from Save on Laptops in as many years, and my first Windows 8 machine. Once again, the price was great, and the laptop arrived NEXT DAY free postage! This time I bought a "refurbished" A+ model, saving me around 12% on the full price. It arrived in the original box, adequately re-packaged. No manual, and I don't know if it should have had the manual, but hey, a laptop is a laptop. The condition is pristine so far, and whilst I've only had time to charge it, fire it up, familiarize myself with Windows 8 and download Google Chrome, everything is fine so far. Fortunately a friend has been using Windows 8 for some months, and without a very brief discussion with him a few months back I think I would have been completely lost as to what to do once I arrived at the landing page. Also, bearing in mind my laptop is not a touch screen, first impression are that transitioning from W7 to W8 might not be that drastic. Time will tell if the additional widget screen is at all helpful or useful, and I've no doubt I'll be seeking out "how to" help on youtube before long, but that's no reflection on Save on Laptops, who have again delivered great service.
