Ordering and pricing is superb and I'm putting more and more business through Box/ saveOnLaptops, but..... they believe that they are right and when something goes slightly wrong or a query is raised I'm made to feel as though I'm in the wrong. This time the delivery of multiple items arrived with one item missing. The invoice AND the delivery note both contained the item. When I queried it I was sent a screen copy of the phrase 'orders may be sent using multiple carriers (sic)'. In which case, Box, use multiple invoices! Next time something's missing I'll not claim, wait for 7 days and then be told that it's too late to claim..... will I? Second time something like this has happened so maybe the customer service team need to chat with the policy team and the web team and change some systems?
