Very good service and delivery. The fisrt laptop had to come back as it kept freezing when my son played a game on it. However today - the replacement laptop has also frozen whilst on a game. Obviously as it has gaming credentials, this is not good news. My son has emailed "Box" to alert them to this latest problem. My son can play this game on his phone and his old laptop so we know the game is not an issue I think we may have to exchange this laptop for one more reliable. Customer service service has been very good, and very helpful. They listened to what my son had to say about the problem. Thank you. We hope this will be resolved soon. Sue Wardle
