Assurances had been received from the sales dept. The added keyboard appears to be faulty-- on wake up the first keystrike will not work. minor fault but major nuisance. Rang Saveonlaptops who were totally unhelpful even to the point of being dismissive and rejecting any liability for help and responsibility, even though in this instance it must be assumed that they were the "re-packers" of the extra British items. Conclusion must be--If you can only afford cheap gear, you can get it here, but don't be stupid enough to think that is where it finishes because after sales service is pathetic.
