I have used this website to buy a laptop before, and had no problems or issues, so I was confident in using them again. I found them to be very good on price, even being cheaper than their own parent company's website. (Box Ltd). Delivered within the expected time limits, and the communications were excellent throughout the process, including those from the couriers (DPD). The laptop itself meets my expectations, although the endless updates to Windows 10 and other applications on initial setup (it took hours!!) effected the laptops initial performance. However, once fully updated it works great.
