To start, the laptop was delivered in a black plastic bag, rather than any additional packaging. The laptop ordered was faulty beyond belief; so slow it took 30-40 seconds to respond to any typing on screen. When the brick was sent in, it took over a month for them to recognise I had a valid complaint and a further 2 weeks to get around sending me my refund. This was only after numerous angry emails demanding they get their fingers out of their rectums and do something! I've had faulty items before from other companies, but at least there's a genuine effort to deal with the complaint swiftly and to keep in my good books. Not from these people.
In this day and age, there's no chance this lack of good customer service will continue as sensible people will stay the heck away from this crappy company. I hope you, the reader will also be sensible and stay away!
