I'm pleased with the spec of laptop I've been able to buy at the price. Your web-site is generally very informative (distinctly better than one of your main competitors). The purchase and fulfillment processes were all mostly painless (subject to the two observations below). Completion of the purchase required telephone verification of certain details "for security purposes" which is fair enough. However, initiating this by sending an e-mail saying "there is a problem with your order" is not so smart as the first thought is that you're about to regret having bought through Save on Laptops. It also wasn't obvious that this process elicited any information which hadn't already been given at the on-line ordering stage so not obvious what it achieved. The Connect+ delivery process was generally satisfactory (preferable in my circumstances to waiting in for a delivery). However, it was slightly puzzling and a little frustrating that I could track the consignment as having arrived at the collection point on Saturday but only received the e-mail with the release code mid-morning on Monday. Again, this presented an opportunity to worry that something had gone wrong. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
