As a first time user of your site, I was very impressed. Helpful staff and the tracking facility available for the Courier was excellent.
The only downside was that the feature to arrange an alternate day for delivery was not activated until the morning of the actual date of delivery. E.g Monday - i could track the progress over the weekend, but could not change the scheduled date to another day until Monday, which was too late.
