Excellent service and communication: item arrived within two days and exactly on time. Not had chance to fully try my new HP laptop yet but suffice to say it arrived well packaged, undamaged and in pristine condition. Looks great; plugged in, switched on and the laptop began its setup procedure which was simplicity itself. Well satisfied - great!
