Next day delivery. There was a small variation in specification to what I ordered (wrong amount of RAM), but I was offered the choice of sending it back or fitting the additional RAM myself. I chose to fit the RAM myself and it arrived quickly. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the service I received.
