I collected the Laptop (Asus X550CA-XX957H) from the Birmingham Show Room as I passing that way. I asked the salesman what I should do in the event of a fault, to which he replied that it should be returned to Asus. I pointed out that this was not Consumer Law (why do so many Companies try to wriggle out of THEIR responsibilities?!) and that it should be returned to the RETAILER! He replied that it would be quicker simply to send it straight back to Asus. Apart from this, the Laptop seems to work fine and the prices were certainly cheaper than I had seen elsewhere.
