Good initial advice. Was told by pre-sales that installing windows 8 supplied with windows 7 installed laptop would be easy. After delivery, couldn't find instructions, rang for technical help and was given ASUS number rather than help from Save on Laptops. ASUS help desk took ages to email help instructions, by which time I had figured out how to do the windows 8 install myself. All in all, good price and delivery but pre-sales advice didn't match with post-sale technical support..oh and the sales extension was answered straight away but post-sales support extension rang for ages!
