My order was placed late on Monday evening and delivered in full on Wednesday morning. Everything in perfect condition and as described on saveonlaptops website. Saveonlaptops even contacted me to check the details of my order as I wanted it delivered to a different address than the payment details, nice touch to prevent fraud. The only thing I could possibly complain about was that saveonlaptops informed me that my order was being sent on DPD (tracking details were provided). The case and software I ordered duely arrived on DPD but the actual laptop arrived via Parcelforce on a separate delivery. A heads up this was happening could have saved some confusion. All in all though saveonlaptops were much more professional and quick compaired to other pc selling websites I have tried previously.
