I have purchased my second L60 Notebook as a gift. The service received from the company has been excellent. The delivery within 24 hours which was great from the click and collect service. The laptop itself is of good quality, and cost effective. I would recommend this company for any laptop purchase. I havent had an issue so I havent had to use warranties etc, but I think if I could offer this company advice, it would be to cover the laptop for longer than 7 days. I believe if a company believes in their products they should at least offer a 3 months warranty with a refund, if the machine is faulty. I know the company manufacturer has a warranty but I believe this to be of extra cost? So quality, service, despatch - excellent Warranties - need development Susan Crane - Dec 2014
