Despatch was very fast. The laptop had the correct software. The price was reasonable for the product and the additional software. Delivery was not perfect as the customer log in told me about DPD but not that the order was split between DPD and Parcelforce. I stayed in most of the day but missed the DPD delivery and was surprised (but relieved) when Parcelforce turned up with a laptop. I wasted more than an hour trying to contact DPD both by phone and online. They would not let me nominate a safe place despite this option being on the card they left. However early on day 2 they sent an e-mail giving me a link to track the delivery and I was able to arrange to be in when the driver arrived. It would have been better for me and DPD if that tracking e-mail had been sent on day 1. Apart from that I am very pleased with the purchase.
