Laptop received as described and works just fine - does as it says on the tine :>) - however will upgrade it to raid msata and extra ram myself - cheaper :>). Never heard of the company until I bought this laptop - must say customer services was polite and friendly though a little slow to answer - was xmas so guess a bit hung over lol, but certainly rang back when they said they would. They refunded the next day delivery charge after I asked - only downfall - this was a DPD fault who cant tell the difference between Kent and Scotland - sent it there first - eventually got it the day after. Cant fault Saveonlaptops though.
