Service overall was good. The only thing that could have improved it was emails to inform me of each stage of the order.
For example, an email telling me when payment had gone through, another for when the laptop began to be assembled, one for when it had been completed and another for when it had been dispatched.
This way, I would have felt more comfortable that things were progressing and would have made the experience of waiting much nicer.
