Order process was simple once you have waded through the wealth of products available - comparison tool quite useful fro compaing specs. Delivery was quick with extra email and text advice received. It was also very quick especially cosidering I chose Free delivery - placed order Monday eveninig 7:00pm (effectively Tuesday start of business) and delivered Thursday midday (Better than 5 day delivery). ONE NEGATIVE - ACER instructions in box directed to just turn on and follow screen prompts to complete registation and set up. This did NOT happen but an Administartor account with restricted facilities came up. Spent a long evening not being able to register Windows 8.1 and not being able to set up my own user account. Next day spotted an icon in the tray which allowed some kind of system clean up and reboot - looked dangerous and I passed over it a couple of times. Eventually took the plunge and processed this and once the reboot took place it immediately went through the new machine / new user set up as required. everything seems to work fine now. Guess this was due to pre delivery check or the memory upgrade or ???????? ANYWAY PLEASE ADD SOME INSTRUCTIONS TO USER FOR HOW TO START THE SYSTEM INITIALISATION PROCESS WHEN IT IS DIFFERENT TO THE ACER INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. Paul Allen
