I have had no time to assess the quality of the computer, but I am very disappointed by the delivery arrangements by Collect+.
As I knew I would probably be away from home from last Saturday, I had hoped the item would arrive during the week - on Wednesday or Thursday - so I could get it working before I went away.
On Thursday the tracking system showed that the package had reached the Collect+ store at Hanwood, but had not been delivered & had gone back on the Wrexham van. On Friday morning I had a text & e-mail telling me that it was ready for collection at the store. I drove the three miles there to find that it was not there but 'might arrive later in the day'.
I had no further notification so drove there on Saturday morning to find that it had arrived on the Friday afternoon. As I then had to leave to catch a train I have not had an opportunity to do more than open the package.
