I was very impressed with the speed of delivery (next day), however the machine was delivered to a neighbour in New Road, rather than Church Place, but this wasn't because we weren't in. Fortunately, we know each other and he delivered it to me the same evening. Might have been difficult under other circumstances. With regard to everything else, sales process and information was clear and accurate, email trail with tracking was good, and will be applying for my cashback through the described process in due course. I've set up my machine, and am working through bits and pieces, but overall very happy with my purchase, thank you.
